IN STORE PICKUP

DIY STEEL and WWW.DIYSTEELNW.COM offer IN-STORE PICKUP. At this time we ask that you please call us at 971-291-3312 to schedule a pickup date and time.

SHIPPING

We ship Monday-Friday and strive for orders to ship in 1-2 business days. We use UPS, FedEx and  USPS for the majority of our orders, however we reserve the right to use alternative but comparable means to get you your product as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders shipping UPS will require a physical address. Please provide this upon ordering to expedite the shipping process.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Unused, uncut, NON STEEL items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, with proof of purchase.

Any specially cut, burned or sheared steel materials (materials cut to customers specified length that are NOT 4’, 10’ or 20’ in length) MAY NOT be returned.

Uncut STEEL ITEMS may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for refund.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

SALE ITEMS (20% DISCOUNT OR GREATER) as well as items without a receipt may be exchanged or issued an in store credit.

E-COMMERCE RETURNS

All unused, NON-STEEL items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, with proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

If there was an error and an order was not fulfilled in complete compliance with its specifications, please contact [email protected] to discuss possible corrective action to resolve the matter.

Return Process

• Step 1: The Seller should email [email protected] and provide their order number and reason for return. If DIY STEEL authorizes the return, an RA shall be provided to the Buyer with the return address.
• Step 2: Ship the item back via UPS, FedEx, USPS or other carrier to the return address listed on the RA. Please write the RA number on the outside of the package.
• Step 3: Provide the Seller with the tracking number once the item has shipped.

As soon as DIY STEEL receives the returned Materials, subject to the application of any applicable charges, the warehouse will restock the Materials and, if applicable and the material is not damaged, a refund will be issued. The Buyer’s refund will be in the original form of payment. Total processing days will vary based on days for shipping and re-stocking.
